win2max is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended entirely.
All financial transactions on win2max are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). win2max supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. win2max does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. win2max reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the win2max account.
win2max employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or exploitation of system errors, will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
Note: win2max does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.
win2max offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. win2max's decision on all game disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
